The app is ok... but the support team are not the best. It takes time for them to understand what the issue is , they sometime provide a soluation but have not fully understood the issue and need to ask more questions.
how can I cancel subscription? Is deleting will do it? I do not use this app, want to cancel it, I will delete it from my store, hope you will not charge me after it???
Hi, You can remove the app and the subscription by deleting the app from the apps menu on Shopify store. That will be all.
And the app charges are dependent on the time you have the app installed on the store.

I installed it, it broke my site. Then someone there installed it for me and the site was working fine again, but I didn’t need the app just yet. Then later in testing it, I realized I had to fine tune it a bit becuase the basic stuff wasn’t great. After following the instructions on injecting code it broke the site again. They are QUICK to respond to issues, but I would hesitate using any code injection methods without having their team install it for you — and do it in a test build so that any errors do not go live.

Looks like the issue has come when you tried to add the code for hiding buy button for auction products.

So, the team can't solve the issues:
1) remove taxes on joining fees
2) display terms and conditions when customers are joining the auction. They have to accept terms to proceed. Instead, the team said if I want to remove taxes on the joining fees, I should not charge tax on the product. They said: "Please note that no tax will be applicable on the product when the winner is purchasing the won product." That's not what I asked. I proposed adding a clickable link on the auction home page about the rules, I have done it, and they just made it made it clickable. But the customers have no terms and conditions to accept when joining. Just a part of the first paragraph is shown.
The app works and looks great on the website. I wish the coding instructions were up to date, they seem out dated and little difficult to follow. Making this automatic would help those who are not a computer savvy or familiar with coding. Customer Support has some opportunities. They are curt with responses and didn't really listen to the root cause of the issues. Both interactions were the same, I would ask a question and support keep sending the same link over and over. Eventually they reluctantly help me out and manually fix my problem. I'm thankful for that, but I don't want to contact support every time I need to put something up for auction. I have contacted them twice and the same interactions both times. Curt and with out patience. My last interaction, they were adamite about rating them IMMEDIATELY, and they would wait until I was done. When I told them I would, but not as this moment, they continued to push. This incident, in conjunction with the previous interactions was really off putting. We are keeping this for now, but I will be shopping around for other apps.
So far it won't work at all. All I seem to get from support is that it works on their end. I've tested it, had other people try it nobody can get the auction to take the bid. I have to wait a full 24 hours for support to respond and when they do nobody has really looked into the issue. Only giving 2 stars because I did get a response.
This app could be brilliant to the right user. I gave the seven day trial a one hour whirl before uninstalling it. I felt it much more complex than advertised. The advertised finished product looks brilliant. But I don't think just anyone can achieve that without a large budget for expensive coding. The app is likely 5 stars in the hands of others. But for me, I have to give it two, simply because it's seemingly advertised the contrary. If you can code, take my two stars with a grain of salt or disregard this altogether. If you're long in the tooth with little coding knowledge like I am, tackle this app with a budget for some help.
