The support is very good, you can book a call for questions and they will help you immediately. Same for the supportchat, they don’t let you wait. They know how to fix your problems and will make sure they made the correct changes.

This is an awesome system, and easy to use. When there are questions, support is quick to respond and solve.
I have been working almost daily with the Webkul team for almost 6 months. Their responsiveness is impressive, and have fixed any issues quickly. We downloaded several other auction apps to decide which one to go with, and felt Webkul was the clear winner.
You guys are total wack! After charging me, i got no support from you. Now the app is saying no more sessions...Worst Plugin everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

This app functioned as required plus features that make setting up an auction fair to all bidders. The support team is very helpful and always accessible.
The app is ok... but the support team are not the best. It takes time for them to understand what the issue is , they sometime provide a soluation but have not fully understood the issue and need to ask more questions.
