I initially gave a 2-star rating due to an issue in the Frequently Bought Together (FBT) section — videos or GIFs would autoplay on hover or light touch, especially on mobile, interfering with the "Add to Cart" button and disrupting the user experience.

However, I was happy by how quickly the development team responded to my concern. They were helpful, professional, and proactive in assisting me with a solution.

Thanks to the prompt support, I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. Great customer service makes all the difference!
