Really was hoping this app could deliver after reading the other reviews, unfoirtunately it was glitchy from the very start on a couple very basic functions. We use the SOLO theme, which is extremely basic. While you are setting up a product within the app, there is a check box option called "Allow multiple bookings for the same time slot". We kept the box unchecked which should prevent anyone from buying more than 1 of each appointment product. However after setting everything up and placing a test order in our store, it still allowed you to add that same appointment time on the same day, to the cart and purchase it. We then tried checking the option box, which then allows you to set the amount of times you will allow the same appointment to be purchased, we set it to 1, and resaved the product in the app. Even when we did this, it still allowed us to continue to keep adding that appointment to the cart and purchas it. They also provide some code for you to add to your Order Confirmation Emai template, if you would like the appointment time purchased to show up in the email to you customer. This did not work either in the test order we placed after installing the code as specified. We were needing something we could hit the ground running with quickly and didnt have time for any back and forth with the developer to make it work, so we cancelled it right away. Very glad we performed test orders before we made this live for any of our events, as it would have caused a lot of problems if people started buying the same appointment times.
