Bold Bundles ‑ Product Bundles

The Bold product bundles is great at what it does (bundling products) but it is relatively confusing to install yourself if you are using any sort of template. I know how to program and 3 out of 4 of the install steps did not have code that was present in my liquid. The other option is to cough up $25 because their instructions were inadequate -- which is unfortunate.

My other main complaint is this. The main reason I wanted to have bundles available was to be able to see a complete bundle as if it were an item (i.e. the customer can add the entire bundle to the cart by clicking "add package X"). This feature does not seem to be available.

If you are looking for an "up sell" app --then this is for you. if you are looking for a true bundle app, then unfortunately I think Bold has several things they need to add to their product road map.

Very easy to use. I was able to setup a few bundles quickly and easily. Only two items on my wishlist: 1. ability to add same product to different bundles. 2. direct links to bundles for marketing

The product is working great for us and solved a major issue by allowing us to create bundled products and track individual inventory. The support staff has been extremely fast to respond and the installation of the app was flawless

I am a HUGE fan of this app. I installed it several weeks ago and have been steadily increasing my average order value. I'm looking forward to the future functionality where the same sku can be included in multiple bundles.

it does exactly what it says its going to do, i would suggest you have them install for you cause the coding can get a bit tricky

All of the apps these guys make are amazing. Easy to use, flexible, aesthetically appealing...what more could you want? Yeah it's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I tried the free ones first and there is a reason I got rid of them. Give it a try!

Support was really helpful in custom configuring this app and ironing out all the kinks. They went above and beyond my expectations. My site had fully crashed and they spent many hours getting it online..Every second of the way I was met with timely responses and meticulous attention to detail. I wish I had a development team as dedicated as the one at Bold apps. My contact Jay made sure they went above and beyond! In all areas. I happily use 4 of their apps.

This app will work well if you are looking to create simple bundles using variants. Unfortunately it did not meet my requirements. However, after talking with the developer at length, we realised that their Product Upsell app may actually work better for the type of bundling I need to do. They also have another product called Product Builder that could also be used for complex bundling. Each app seems to tackle the "Shopify bundling limitation" in a different way.

It should be mentioned that the developer took a real interest in trying to solve my "problem" with this software/ bundling and his support was among the best I have experienced. Why isn't Shopify's support team this good?

Soooo, if this one does not work for you, maybe one of their other apps will...I'm just installing Product Upsell now, so I guess you can check there soon for my review of it's bundling capabilities...

We are currently leaving Magento for Shopify. This app is just perfect for our "Belgian beer packs" and we will have many more possibilities than with our current Magento module. Already loving it!

Definitely recommend this app! Needed help from Bold team to get it working within my theme but eventually it was up and running and within the 2-week trial I got a bundle order. So the app already paid for itself for a couple of months! I was wanting to do bundles before this app came along but didn't want the manual inventory management hassles, and now that issue is solved thanks to Product Bundles.

So far so good. The layout is simple to use and looks great on my website. Makes it easy for people to bundle items they like and save a little money doing it.
