Amazing! Their $25 install was pretty quick - was the first time I had ever done something like this, and they just made it easy.

So far the guys at Bold have been great. The app with a little customisation should give us everything we need at a good price. Can't fault the support, thanks!

As a matter of fact we are very pleased with Product Bundles, since I have seeing the same strategy in big companies, I was looking forward to have something as good to help our customers to have more buying options.

The video tutorial is very detailed, and make my wife and I easier to understand how it works and how to set it up.

Even though, sadly, we haven't been able to have a sell yet, I am sure it work marvels because as I mentioned, other big e-commerce store use the same strategy.

My favorite feature is that one you set the bundles the way we want then, it works automatically behind the scene.

We where having a situation with Product Bundle; it was displaying all the products bundles vertically instead of horizontally, and the person who answer our request contacted us and kindly solved the problem for us.

Very knowledgeable, capable, patient, and willing to take care of our situation.

It seems to me that Bold is a very professional, and committed company.

I can honestly say it has saved me alot of time especially when you have a 1yr on your hands. I just started using the product bundle and it cuts alot of time quickly for me when making promotions. It works great for me when making combinations of rings, earrings & neckleses cant go wrong there in bundles.

I like that you get 3 months to try the app out gives enough time to see results.

I really can't thank you guys enough! As i am new in all this ecom thing, product bundle AND SUPPORT TEAM made my life easier as i needed this exact thing for the nature of the products i sell.

The app itself works pretty well, although the ability to use it alongside inventory tracking is sorely needed (and currently nowhere on their roadmap). My primary concern with this app (and why we are most likely discontinuing our subscription) is this: It's a sales tool with NO WAY to track its effectiveness - the app comes with no built in tracking, and the method Bold uses to add the bundles (hidden variants) renders the built-in Shopify reporting tools useless for tracking them as well.

Let me be clear: you will have NO way to see whether this app is actually generating sales - they're invisible to Shopify's tools, and no supplementary tools are provided. You're just taking Bold at its word that this app is effective, and this will most likely be the case for at least the foreseeable future.

Straight from Holly in their support department, "We're not working on reporting features for Product Bundles at the moment, but the idea has been pitched to the team to see if this functionality can be added in the future. :-)"

So far so good. I am like a chimpanzee fixing a Ferrari when it comes to codes and such, so that was my main concern. It was easy enough for me to do it, so you should be fine too. When I encounter a small hiccup, Rahul was available on chat with an immediate response and we got it fixed in minutes.

It's fine not great. Maybe when holiday is over I will switch.

The Good: It's not too hard to setup or understand and create multiple discounts.

The Bad: It's buggy or doesn't always work. Some customers will work and some wont. Same exact bundle and sku and yet random customers wont see the discount. So I have to refund. I have fixe 12 orders today and will need to fix a few more for sure.

*other negative is can only create a bundle at max of 9 items. So if you want to sell 10 or more items you cannot create a bundle that size. Seems silly...but I'm sure there is a reason. But it still seems silly.
