Don't waste your time with this App, they promised the ability to reduce your subscription when you need too but will charge full amount.
They are still developing App, cause many errors with automation and will charge you full amount without question.
I was promised from the owner the ability to move to a lower plan after bulk of work completed, even though most of work required fixing.

Hi,

I’m sorry this became such a frustrating experience.

To clarify the timeline: when you contacted us about moving to a lower plan, we explained that your existing Growth plan would remain active until your next Shopify billing date, June 14, 2026. We also recommended not uninstalling and reinstalling the app, because that can complicate subscription state and credit handling.

You uninstalled the app before that renewal date, then reinstalled shortly before leaving this review. If Shopify created or showed any incorrect charge as part of that process, I’m still happy to review it and correct it.

I strongly disagree with the claim that Categorify or its owner is fraudulent. We do not intentionally overcharge merchants, and I personally guaranteed in our support conversation that if you were incorrectly charged before the renewal date, I would correct it.

That said, the plan-change flow should have been clearer and easier, and we are improving it so merchants can change plans self-service without contacting support.
