Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.

Really great application for adding custom fields / customisations to your checkout process. Support was really helpful (even on weekends) and I would highly reccomend to anyone who needs this functionality.

This app is amazing, simple to use and has many specifications. Super impressed with customer support for helping to fix the app perfectly for my store. This app is fantastic. The help function is the best I've used. You chat with an actual person who is so good at explaining how to get what you want from the app. There is so much more to this app than I realised when I bought it.
