Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.

This app is amazing, simple to use and has many specifications. Super impressed with customer support for helping to fix the app perfectly for my store.
