So far, this has exceeded my expectations. Compared to the app I use on my 'legacy' shop, this feels fast and well done.
I needed a few more features and tweaks and the responsiveness of the team was amazing.
What was beyond expectations was that they actually delivered- within days. Amazing.
I am going live now and will update my review after a few weeks. If it is still as strong, I will also switch my other shop to this app.

Meiner Erfahrung nach brauchte ich ein Textfeld damit die Kunden einen Wunschtext reinschreiben können um die Produkte zu personalisieren. Diese App ist dafür bestens geeignet und erfüllt alle Erwartungen die ich an Sie hatte.
app stopped working , no response from developers , we can't take any orders until it is fixed
Very disapointed
My review stands, their idea of a short amount of time was 3 days of no communication and no fix.
Now offering free use to change my review, I belive the review is relevant they need to have better communicaion, and should have fixed the issue faster if it was an easy fix. We ahve switched apps and will not go back to this one.
We’ve made every effort to contact this customer through multiple channels, but unfortunately, we haven’t received a response. While there was a small issue, we quickly addressed and resolved it. We're constantly working to improve our app, ensuring it becomes better with every update.

This is one awesome app! Its simple to use and has worked to my specifications perfectly. I would suggest this app to anyone needing custom fields on shopify. This company has been there for my every need and have gone above and beyond for me. You will not have to be concerned about support; they are readily available.

If you are looking for a complete and intuitive solution this is your app, easy use and understanding, Ed is always willing to help you and provides great solution. I was using other options. However I'll be using this one for a looong time.
