Pretty solid app. Adds a lot of flexibility to Shopify. I'd give it more stars if it no ability to batch-apply a customization across hundreds of products. It's a one-by-one effort. But overall, a very nice tool that would work great for sites with few products.

Just discovered and uploaded the app yesterday which made a world of difference with all my custom products! I ran into an issue today with my custom options not showing on my store after I added variants to those products. I messaged the Shopstorm support and received a reply within an hour, and the issue was resolved shortly after! A special thanks to Jory who worked on resolving this issue for me!
The customer service team is great! (Thanks Danielle!) They responded quickly and were able to trouble shoot any coding or theme questions easily.

Very efficient in their technical support It's not that I had problems with the app, I'm just using Shopify for the first time and it helped me configure it from the beginning to the changes I wanted on the product page.

Really good app. The best I have seen so far. Easy to install and makes it easy to add variants and to increase the number of options I want my customers to have.

Very simple to use. Exactly what I needed.
Tried a few different apps and deleted them soon after. This app works really well and the customer service has been amazing. Very helpful and fast!
Product Customizer is "OK" as a starter app, but has limitations that unfortunately are holding us back. Just went "blank" on us this morning and unable to modify or view any options.

Ive used quite a few product option apps in the past, and Product Customizer is the easiest to use by far - much needed for my personalised jewellery store!
Bit of tweaking needed to fit our theme, but ShopStorm were super quick to respond and fix the issue within hours - and on a Sunday!! Amazing service and amazing app for an affordable price.
I've only used it for about 6 hours, but so far it has been very intuitive!
