Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks.
Update: had another small issue today and once again, 5 minutes and all fixed. Thanks again!

What can I say? This apps features should be default on every online market place. I CAN NOT run my shop with out it. I almost gave up trying to sell online. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.
This is the easiest (and, as far as we can tell, the only) way to add multiple variables to a single product. So, for example, if you sell records or clothes (we sell both), this app easily allows you to program in a method by which buyers can pick the clothing size they'd like to buy, or a CD or LP or special edition of a particular music release. Bravo, we'd be lost without it!
We have been using the Product Customizer app for the past few years. It has helped us expand our product option offerings to our customers. It is robust and easy to use. The Product Customizer team, especially Sheniel, is fast to respond to inquiries, help troubleshoot any issues, and fix them quickly. We highly recommend them!
