Product Options & Customizer

I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

I have been using this app for around a year and the support is unmatched. I did have an issue with my coding at first and the team worked on the issue until they were able to fix it, any time since then that ive needed support they have always promptly handled the issue. I have never dealt with better customer service than these guys! They are awesome! rest assured if any issues arise for you, they will handle it and get the job done.

We are launching a new service and we needed to add the customer the possibility of typing in multiple fields easily. We were on a rush because we needed to show a draft at a meeting and their customer service specialist Aman was extremely helpful and build the whole thing for us in a few minutes. We are very impressed by the service and the app which works amazingly well. If you need to add custom options to your products, this is your app.

I Love that this app allows you to use the free plan to test/use all the features (One product at a time). That particular set up really helped me offer a featured product with a special customization. The idea to customize one product at a time as a special deal hadn't occurred to me until the free version only allowed one product at a time. I think it's going to work out great to start with and I will probably be able to upgrade to the next level plan if needed as my business grows. The zoom support call I scheduled was super helpful too! Thank you Product Customer! I count you a blessing from God!

I've been using this app since I launched my store, and its the perfect app to give my customers options. The customer service is also amazing as well, once my app wasn't working properly, I reached out and the team was able to help address this issue in a timely matter. The Product Options & Customizer app provides many options to differentiate your products, and allows you to create your own customization categories. The process of creating and adding options is straightforward, and easy to understand. You can then create templates with a specific set of options that can be mass applied to products, saving a ton of time.

While creating our website and utilizing this app, we had a few fixes that needed to happen (ie. options not lining up correctly on the page and applying templates), and Aman was so quick to respond, and so quick to address and fix any issues we were having. Their customer service and support are top notch.
