I wouldn't be without this app as it is great for offering the options I require to my customers.
I have contacted support a few times and their service has always been very quick, efficient and friendly - a big plus point for continuing with my loyalty to this particular app.

We've been using this app for a few months now and it's extremely useful and easy to use, if there's any issues or questions just email their support and they'll do everything they can to help, personally have had nothing but praise in dealing with the app and their customer service team. Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks.
Update: had another small issue today and once again, 5 minutes and all fixed. Thanks again!
