There are some glitches where if I delete a line and add it, my option lines are no longer in order, so I found a work around where I added more lines than I needed, and delete the lines accordingly. Also, it would be excellent if this app could include a way to delete multiple lines.

Also, if for future updates you add radio buttons and check boxes, and a way to format the option boxes that would be great.

Nevertheless, it is a great product!

Great customer service. Technical support is excellent. There is a little shortcoming that some minor problems need to be solved by contacting customer service, rather than perfect from the beginning.

You can't use customization for the featured product which is shown on the homepage! Support, very very poor too! They didn't try to help me to add customization for the product on the homepage.

With your request for customization on the homepage, I want to clarify that we offer customization mainly on the product and cart page. But after receiving your request, the team is trying to figure out if we can create customization for you on the home page for the featured product. That is why the support team is taking more than usual time.

We really want to treat all our customers well and wanted to solve their issues as fast as possible. So once again apologize for the bad experience.

This app really gave us the ability to add unlimited options. We only have around 30 products but they come in hundreds of variations. I would love to see some new features though.

I would also like to see the ability to stay within the same window rather than having to use another one for the customizer.

This is one of my favourite apps now. Allows me to customise every product any way I want it.
The support team is fantastic, and is always there.
Would definitely recommend 10/10

The app is a good supplement for the existing product options and variants offered by the shopify platform. Its easy to use and allows unlimited amount of customisations. More importantly, the technical support was excellent. Kim was not only prompt and responsive to my request for help in the initial set up, she was also very patient and helpful. This is contrary to the experience I had with the other developer.

We can't change from lenguage their automatic comments, and we would like to start to sell to other Countries with other lenguages, this is not so good for us.

Very sorry that our app cannot currently automatically translate its words into other languages. Most apps cannot do this. We will consider it for a future upgrade though!

Would you consider removing this 1-star review or deleting the review? That would be VERY appreciated. Most apps cannot do this, so I don't think we deserve this very harmful review...
