Offers good custimazation and a lot of freedom. Really helpful support team. Some bugs here and there but the support team is there to help you with everything.

With my shop-completely personalised gifts ... I was thinking which app will give me the easiest way and the fastest at the same time to personalize all my products... I have been installing like 20 apps ,free trials...and deleting them after 20 minutes. This app is by far the simplest to install- I didnt put any codes anywhere... just add it to my shop...and start customizing.
Thank you guys! Lets see how well will perform now.. :)

This app helped me do what I need to let my customers easily personalize their purchases! Super excited to improve our site!! What was even better was support made it extremely easy! Just told them what I needed and they took care of it! Answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy - and I had a few of them!! They eased a very stressful situation for me!!! Such an easy product to use! I was nervous about installing and using it but it couldn't be easier. When we started doing some more advanced stuff, we needed help and ShopStorm's customer service was amazing. They took care of everything. I can't say enough about what an easy process this was. Now, we're able to gather custom data easily on each of our product sales.

It does allow my customers to add descriptions to my custom products, but when it comes to images, it doesn't work. Now I have to contact my customer for a picture that I should of had when they made their purchase. This makes me look unprepare and unprofesstional. I will uninstall.

Takeen here from the Dev Team. We apologize for the trouble and in fact it's being caused by Ajax which powers adding the product in the background vs redirecting the shopper to the Cart Page.

The reason for this is that Themes only care about the product itself when doing Ajax which is why disabling it is important for customizations and uploads to work as intended.

We would love to work on this for you asap, we emailed you so you can reach out to us at your earliest convenience.
