Your app is not working, The install page doesn't load.

This app just makes everything so much better! I can get my customers to provide information needed for their purchase and a file upload to cut out them having to email it or text it which is just so much effort. This reduces the effort and it works GREAT! Sean helped get things on board and was quick to address my concerns! Its like someone is available around the clock! Keep it up! I highly recommend!!

Support simply not exists. After installation "get notified when back in stock" field disappears. "Required" field does not force to be filled out.

Hello and thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately you happened to install our app just before the weekend, and now on Monday when our support team is back in, we went in to fix these couple of simple issues... and you had already left this review and removed our app. ***PLEASE NOTE: Our team fixes simple issues like this every day, and each small "kink" that needs to be worked out is different for every theme in the Shopify ecosystem. So every theme has it's quirks, but WE CAN FIX THEM, and we do.
Simply give our team up to 24 business hours (standard for all Shopify apps), and we will get er' done! This user simply didn't give us that time frame to work these simply kinks out for their theme.
Just downloaded the app and on their trial and ran into an issue related to the customized option pricing not appearing in the cart. Reached out to their support and got a response back very quickly. Shevaughn helped me and was able to help me immediately as well as answered some of the questions I had. Incredible helpful and friendly! Thanks for the help Shevaughn! :) Very pleased with the app.
