Fast response time!

I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my product customizer app on my website. The drop-down menus were not automatically populating the price of each item. Deep was very helpful to address the issue along with resolving the issue in less than 10 minutes. This app has been crucial to how we operate. Customizability is something that we're extremely happy to be able to provide to our customers, and this customizability wouldn't happen without this app backing us.

So far, the app is enabling options for my store that were limited by Shopify, and that was my initial goal. I had tried another app before and had issues specially with their support which made me uninstall the previous one and try this one.

We have been using this app for many years, and had been essential for our type of products. The app is easy to use, has all the functions we need and is very customisable to suit your product requirements. We have only ever had one issue, there was an immediate answer and they were onto it with a quick fix. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to add customised features to their products.

I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Now, my customers can easily fill out customizations on the listing itself in a very clean and organizational way! I have been using this app for around a year and the support is unmatched. I did have an issue with my coding at first and the team worked on the issue until they were able to fix it, any time since then that ive needed support they have always promptly handled the issue.
