Product Customizer is a great app and never fails me.

Ok here goes! I'm brutally honest when it comes to reviews and I'm well known in the Shopify community for giving it to you straight. So believe me when I tell you this app is absolutely worth every penny. However, there aren't enough stars in the universe that rank how great the support is. The support at Shopstorm is better than ANY other support on Shopify and I challenge anybody to prove me wrong. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

3 choices? That is what Shopify gives you. Unlimited choices is what this app gives! Needed help from the developers but they were very quick and helpful in getting going

This is a great app -- very useful and saves a lot of time and effort. The customer service is excellent as well.

The app is very efficient for what I do. It is fast and easily accessible.
The staff support is great also, assisting me in my needs and ensuring that the product worked well for me.

We have been using this app (live) for about eight weeks now and it has been worth every penny. Our store provides mostly custom products and having flexible / multiple options for a product are critical. Shopstorm's is by far the cleanest and fully functional of all the available apps, and I did indeed go through them all. What most of that money has paid for is the just excellent support. Sure there are a couple of bugs with the app but these developers are pushing the envelope of what basic functionality the base shopify platform is offering, so it's to be expected and all apps have their quirks. Where Shopstorm shines is how fast they will fix a problem for you and reply to your inquiries. I hope they continue to get large support from the community and can continue to improve upon this great app. If the look of the customization in the shopping cart could be cleaned up and a couple of other small issues worked out it would be a perfect app. Use this app and we can get them there!

I came over from Bold options (what a disaster) everything I wanted that Bold Options failed to deliver is included with this app!!!!
Pros:
- easy install
- Implemented all options in 15 minutes without training
- support available, even 5.58am
- Works on FLEX theme by OOTSB
Cons:
- Logic option not available in Base package, for now I have to do without
