This App is AWESOME! And Denis is great. Because of the large number of variants we have per product (with custom engraving), this App gives us the flexibility to setup products how we want to – no longer limited by the 100 variant cap. The flexibility is great and very easy to use. And once you create a template, you can use it on the next product with a click of a button, eliminating any need to type the variables again. I can't imagine living without this – just wish it would have come out sooner!

I have a coffee shop and used this for online ordering wanting to add all the customisations for coffee selection. The team at product customizer in particular Aman was super helpful and worked through setting this up with me. They are awesome. Highly recommended!!

Functional, but clunky.

The interface doesn't allow reordering options within a customization, so if you want to reorder or add an option anywhere but the bottom of the list, you have to delete your old options and retype them. Did your list include a typo? No problem - just delete everything after the typo and retype it all. For an app that supposedly offers unlimited customizations and options, this is an unforgivable oversight.

The interface doesn't allow a default that isn't the top field, so mid-range choices can never be the default without being out of order.

As of Feb 2014, the interface has an annoying bug that both displays the customization order in the control panel out-of-order from the actual final display and moves the wrong selections when you do move them. As a result, I'm unable to get my first customization to the top. For such a bare bones interface, I'd have expected this bug to never escape testing.

The customizer only allows selections in a long list - there's no ability to group customizations under headlines, include explanatory information between each option, or insert photos.

The interface doesn't distinguish between unmodified customizations and those you haven't saved yet, so you have to either keep track of what you've changed or re-save everything.

Product Customizer works... sorta.

Support team was very helpful :), had a code issue with my theme of my store and within 5 minutes they fixed my issue which helped me considerably.

Update 11/27/2021. After updating our site to a newer theme, many of the items did not work with the product customizer. The support is responsive at times and non responsive as well. -----------------------
The team has fixed the issue. If you having a problem where the customization is sold out at check out, please make sure the Item Customization is not modified and set to Archived and Draft. When this is set to archive, it will show that it is Out of stock.

A really functional app that does what it says on the tin. The tutorials are really comprehensive but even if you need help or have questions, the support team are there to lend a hand. Personally needed a fair bit of customization assistance to match my theme but I'm particularly fussy! :) Would recommend.
