Thanks so much for the message here. This is Sean, the Customer Success Manager with Product Customizer. As soon as this came to my attention (the next morning), we took several actions to make it right. Got our best tech guys looking at this, including myself later that evening. It seems that several pieces of redundant code in multiple theme files had added ended up causing a sort of "terminal code loop" - and as soon as the redundant code snippets were removed, the problem was solved. The store still has our app, multiple products are customized and are working as expected. I also immediately made this store "free for life" with our app because of this alarming issue, with our quick and sincerest apologies.

We would love it if you all felt we deserved a couple more stars at this point -- we certainly worked as hard and as fast as we could to rectify this issue with all the tools and techs at our disposal. Thanks so much for your awesome understanding here with this very rare issue! :)

This was the perfect app for us at Honeymellow as we specialise in personalisation. In just a few minutes we had installed the app and were busy adding to products multiple options or boxes in which to write text.

It has totally transformed the shopping experience for our customers making customisation quick and easy. A huge thank-you to the team behind this app for creating such a brilliant product and at such a small price too.

Such a great app to have when you need to add product variants in your shop. The person who helped me made sure that I set up the product correctly! I'm currently using the free plan as, right now, I only need to customize one product in my shop but will switch to the paid version once I need to customize more products in my shop!

Good app and customer service, but im deleting it. Here's why: 1) when you add multiple customizations (note, checkbox, photo upload), the options don't look visually appealing on the product page. 2) i have a product that requires the customer to upload up to 10 files, but their file upload doesnt support multiple file upload -- can only upload one photo.
