The Product Options and Customizer Support Team
Add or edit a template - seriously, no way to edit or add, no matter what I type in where it says edit, it doesn't add, it doesn't save, and the message still says you haven't added anything. The old one has issues, it was cumbersome, but it was EASY to use. Rally unhappy with having to edit, delete and search to figure out how this works- would not recommend it to anyone- Shopify should have it's own customizer not have it's customers using an app that was launched before it worked
Not Good Customer Service. I have a problem with the theme but I have been waiting for more than 1 week and no one has solved it

The specific theme that you are using has Ajax components that omits data from the cart. There is a potential fix that we can implement, but we will need to work with your theme developer. We are reaching out to you to coordinate a meeting with your theme developer so that we can jointly determine a resolution for the issue.

Product Customizer is absolutely an amazing app and it is easy to customize your products to infinity! For me the "conditional logic" is a very powerful feature and so user-friendly!
This app is in a league of its own as I tried out literally all of them and the tech - support was fast and efficient

This App used to be brilliant with no issues what's so ever, Something as changed and this app is so unreliable these days you add a product and 45 mins you still can't add the Personalization fields "Product Not Found"
I am building my own store and purchased this app without knowing anything about how to set it up. With messenger, I was up and running quickly, just minutes for someone to answer and willing to help. Shevaughn was my lifeline on this! Great App and Great Service!

This was the first (and most used) app that I've chosen so far! I was so leary to start down the road of e-commerce as our industry has TONS of sizing options. This gives up the opportunity to get started and offer many options to our customers. Very user friendly as well!

Great App! Just wish options were brought in to Shipstation without a bunch of unwanted code placed on line items of packing slips/invoices.
super simple and wonderful expansion of my store. I use print on demand products in my inventory, so this will be a huge game changer. The only thing missing is a bulk edit apply to whole product types or categories. that would make the app perfect.
