Just installed the app and had to reach out to support for help in installing it and a bit of css styling. Support was great. Made the process very painless and got my options showing on my product page quickly. Very happy so far.

Hoping that support gets better. We had an issue where the prouct dropdowns we created stopped calculating and adding the extra charges to the customization. For example, we might offer customers the ability to upgrade to white glove delivery for an extra fee. This is currently not adding the extra fee at all. When I recorded a video gif of the problem and sent them a link, they tried to say it's slow internet even though my gif clearly shows the blunder happening. Hoping to update my review once they fix it, but going on day 3 during one of the biggest selling periods of the year for us (mother's day) without a fix. UPDATE: Customizer has been fixed and is working, although I'm going to keep this review at 3* until it works solidly for a month without a hiccup.

This app is literally amazing! What really blew me away was the great customer service. I switched themes and realized that it didn't work as seamlessly as my previous theme. I reached and literally within 20 minutes I not only got a message well received email, but I got a "I've resolved those issues for you can you take look to verify that is has been resolved?" I am extremely impressed. It's very easy to use and fits exactly what I need!

This is a great app! The ability to add a custom element for an additional charge (special note for $3.99) allowed me to easily increase my revenues and profits.

Support is also fantastic. Yaneeke is a rock star.

Absolute blessing. I have been searching over and over for a product customizer and finally found this app. The best part is they will get on a call with you, 24-hour customer service, which is excellent!!!

Shevhaugn, was so understanding and helpful. I am a WordPress guy trying to design a Shopify store; therefore, his help was greatly needed. Thank you for all your help, Shevhaugn!!

These guys were brilliant, understood what I was trying to achieve and helped me through the process start to finish, with professionalism, skill and a bit humour.

These guys were brilliant, 7am, they jumped on a call and helped make some modifications after customer feedback. Polite, professional and know their stuff!
