Tried a few different apps and deleted them soon after. This app works really well and the customer service has been amazing. Very helpful and fast!

Product Customizer is "OK" as a starter app, but has limitations that unfortunately are holding us back. Just went "blank" on us this morning and unable to modify or view any options.

Ive used quite a few product option apps in the past, and Product Customizer is the easiest to use by far - much needed for my personalised jewellery store!

Bit of tweaking needed to fit our theme, but ShopStorm were super quick to respond and fix the issue within hours - and on a Sunday!! Amazing service and amazing app for an affordable price.

Very useful app. Works flawlessly. I would just look for the batch update feature for a saved set.

This app has had several issues on my small store. I have 19 items with 3 different options and I've had them disappear completely (losing out on sales) and having weird error messages on the items. I hope this improves but buyers be warned.

Takeen here, Ops Manager at Product Customizer. We do apologize for the error on your store however it seemed to be caused from another source apart from us and we suspect it's Shopify. The reason is that the data was rearranged without any interference from our app, even on many stores that have been working perfectly fine for years.
