Great customer service. Technical support is excellent. There is a little shortcoming that some minor problems need to be solved by contacting customer service, rather than perfect from the beginning.

I would give it 3.75 stars it does what it says and the customer support is exceptional. I had to pay extra to allow additional payment options. What I don't like is that when you make an addition to the cart it changes the # of cart items whit is confusing to the customer. Just not a seamless cart integration and it looks unprofessional.

Thanks for leaving us this rating! Glad our support has been great for you. I agree that checkout page integration is the toughest part for apps on Shopify to overcome. There is more than one solution to integrating extra charges into a store's cart and checkout page, and our app developers chose the one they did because it fixes most problems that other apps like ours don't... but unfortunately no solution on the Shopify app store solves them all. I used his app to hep me create customized products. Simple and easy to use and it works great. I would highly recommend it.

This app really gave us the ability to add unlimited options. We only have around 30 products but they come in hundreds of variations. I would love to see some new features though.

I would also like to see the ability to stay within the same window rather than having to use another one for the customizer.

The app is a good supplement for the existing product options and variants offered by the shopify platform. Its easy to use and allows unlimited amount of customisations. More importantly, the technical support was excellent. Kim was not only prompt and responsive to my request for help in the initial set up, she was also very patient and helpful. This is contrary to the experience I had with the other developer.

App is well-designed, but not intuitive to setup initially. Also, discovered a terrible bug that causes massive multiplicative cart checkout totals when adding the option with Product Customizer to the cart. Unfortunately, you are blaming this on a recent update with Shopify, but Shopify is saying to speak to you as the vendor.
I am not used to getting this runaround. This is a critical issue that is preventing us from making sales in Canadian (CAD) dollars. We had just released our product and we have this less than ideal experience with Product Customizer, which is a shame :-(. We have 8 days left on the trial, and so far not a good experience. We really wanted this to work.

We are very sorry that we were not able to resolve your problem in a timely manner. We are aware of the issue with Shopify Markets. Our team went in and resolved the issue, which stemmed from fixing the Item customization product price at $25 for each market when it should only be $0.01 we have adjusted this for you and are terribly sorry about the delay.

While I ended up not using the app because I found a simple solution in the Printful app, Shevaughn from Product Customizer was very helpful. There are reasons that this company has a 4.8 rating and one of those reasons is because of the excellent customer service provided by people Shevaughn.

I cannot downgrade or delete the app, even I clear all the options. The app still has the error codes that I need to clear the option

The reason for three stars is that the app messed up the custom liquid I had done by a developer we hired. Please be aware that most developers won't fix any issues that arose from an outside source and will charge you to fix the glitch (which can be very costly) Product Customizer will say that it is not within their support to fix the issue that their theme created. In the end, even though the app looked promising and support did a great job making it look like part of your theme, we could not use the app. I would recommend this app if you do not have any custom liquid done on your product page. Also, remember to duplicate your theme before downloading the app. I was able to delete all the app's liquid within my theme with no problem and my issue was resolved once everything was deleted. Also, support was very helpful in all other matters and they do try to make their app work with your theme.

Our tier-2 tech support guy Daniel tried his best to figure out your formatting issue for a couple of days, but couldn't. ​Every now and than, we encounter a theme that we just can't seem to get working seamlessly with our app (granted that's VERY rare), and it is super frustrating for us when that happens, because we want it to work perfectly for ever user and client of ours.
