I really love this app. The app is very simple to navigate through and set up and works very well with the shopify platform. The new addition of the setup wizard makes for even more functionality and options to enhance the look of the options on the product pages.
The customer service provided is very efficient and responses and fixes are very quick.

2024 update! The app still works well. Support is top-notch. If you need customizations on your products, would highly recommend them.
We had an issue with the coding in some of the themed sections in the app, and Shevaughn was able to help us get it figured out and corrected! He was fast and effective with every response! I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without their help!

Easy to use, but 5 stars simply because we changed our theme and I didn't even think to check to make sure the product customization options for our products still worked with our new theme. They reached out to us and then fixed what wasn't working!

They found a bug caused by another app and worked to fix it.
Software works great, and worth every penny.
We have a very complex product line with multiple overlapping upsells and a nightmare of a shipping problem. So we use PO&C to make customer checkout easier and take a $2k sell to almost $4k without affecting the shipping. Great piece of software!

We use this app to add customized options to our products throughout our website. Whether it just be a checkbox option or an additional cost option, it is very consistent and works well with our product pages. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I would definitely recommend using this application.
