The customer service goes above and beyond! I was blown away! I have been using this app for years and love it!
We have used this app for 4 years mainly as a file upload for custom artwork. It has work very well the whole time. Support is fantastic. When we recently changed our store theme, the app stopped working because of the change. Support responded very quickly and we were up and running again. They are fantastic to do business with!

Product Customizer was the application we had been searching for. Simply to use and when it comes to support, Product Customizer is second to none! Really supportive organization.

I have been playing with my theme lately and unfortunately sometimes the product customizer options drop out or need to be re configured.

This app does exactly what we need it to. We've had it installed for over a year, and the support team was very helpful getting it set up. We changed themes in August and had no issues with the app transferring. Just in the past week, we had a bug where customers were unable to see their carts when checking out. I submitted a ticket, and the issue was fixed within 2 days. Great service! Highly recommend!
