This app is the best in the entire store for producr customization. Ryan, who helped with support was simply amazing, did all the things I needed done in terms of code, the same day I asked. Everything turned out perfect and I know I can go to support for instant help.
The agent that spoke with tonight was Super Awesome! She was able to go straight to the problem and correct it. She also went the extra mile to correct some other things that she saw and she gave me some pointers. She added to making me super successful! She's great for Shopify Team! Thank you so much!

100% - This app helped me do what I need to let my customers easily personalize their purchases! Super excited to improve our site!! What was even better was support made it extremely easy! We've had Product Customizer for over a year now and can confirm that it is a robust app! Transferred over from another provider's customizing app which was falling over and was down for days - without us even knowing about it! ShopStorm product is up all the time and is reliable. Have just moved to using Beta version of the Conditional Logic, pretty happy after just 1 week. Great service and product!

I had an issue initiating the product customizer app. I used the "contact us" feature and within 30 minutes my issue was solved. I have not experienced great customer service like this in along time. Big kudos to the Product Customize Support team!!!!!
