Great Support, Great app nothing to complain about, took me some time to figure out but their support helped me out and i was all setup in no time

I am a neophyte and this app was very easy to understand. I had a tough time putting snippets in the right place; one quick email and their support team did it for me! I played around with the options and quickly got them installed. I ended up using a different app only because I needed different functionality. When I wrote to explain and ask how to remove the CS-installed snippets, they got right back to me to explain how. Wonderful team @ Product Customizer.
Set up was quick after I added the app with their team installing for me within an hour or so. Had an issue with the options not displaying, this was fixed within about an hour too. Once I was up and running the app works exactly how I wanted it to so far and I look forward to seeing what else it can do.

Yes, because every Shopify theme is different, we have to hop into every account for every new user of our app to make sure our app is syncing with their particular theme seamlessly. This app did exactly what I did it to. Had a small issue with install but customer service was quick and fixed my issue! Would Recommended.

It's awesome! I really like it! I used it for my shop with cases/t-shirts/mugs it works with everything!
The worst app and customer support ever, I have been in troubles to put my data then the app crashed and the support deleted my data without any permission and told me they solved the problem, I added the data and setup everything again then it crashed again, Support replies after 5 mails and a week of waiting, they destroyed and delayed my business and deals, Please choose any other app.
