I thoroughly checked your concern and there indeed was an issue with the links being broken. That was a technical glitch and we have since addressed the issue. If you are still interested in trying out our app, please let me know and I will get our best developers to help you get this right.
We offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday (plus live support during many hours each weekend). Please reach out to us via the live chat feature in the app and we will reply to you within minutes to resolve any issues you might be facing.
We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can talk you through the whole process and make double-sure our app is playing well with your theme. I had a problem with my store theme and some customization options that I added to my store and Sheniel jumped in and helped me out with no problem!

It's difficult to use, and when I want to uninstall, I find it difficult to uninstall. This has caused me a lot of trouble, the customer service efficiency is very low, I am very angry! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE AN ENTERPRISE OR USE SHOPIFY PLUS. Your customizations will show to your customers. Wasted hours between this app and Shopify support. Useless

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our app. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or "hide" the way your "Item Customizations" product is displayed on your checkout page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. This is because your checkout page is hosted by Shopify, not on your store's domain, and to be secure, Shopify doesn't allow any third-party scripts or code to run on this page. This is not something that we control or can modify.
At Product Customizer, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are met. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can talk you through the whole process. What it does, it does very well. However, it lacks the ability to change option pricing. It's supposed to be implement in 2015, but as of June, it's not yet available.

We have already made several improvements and fixes to past issues with this app (including new features and 24/7 support) - and it REALLY helps our ranking on the App Store if we can remove the handful of negative reviews.

The free version is pointless... every option I attempted to create wouldn't work and gave me an error message at the very end stating that I could only create ONE variant per option.... WHAT IS THE POINT? Waste of time!

I am sorry to hear that you faced issues while trying to create options on the free plan. The free plan of the app gives you the ability to add an unlimited number of options to one product in your store. This plan also gives you the access to apply conditional logic to your product.

Great app! Thanks for making it work so well! I wish there was a 1-800 number though or a live chat. It's great though!
the app is really hard to install really bad fo the premium price. I just unistalled. Dosen't work for my theme.

I show that you emailed us for help, then we emailed you 25 minutes later... and you had already uninstalled the app so we could not help you from there.
Normally it's standard to wait for a reply from the app developer (me) before leaving a negative review on the app store. We 100% would have cleaned up any issues within 1 HOUR of your email to us.
Can you give us a chance to help you? We can offer a lower monthly price *** and make 100% sure that the app is working as expected. You don't have to install anything - we will do ALL that for you.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Extremely limited range of options and so many things you can't do, in actual fact it has a bigger list of what it CAN'T do then what it CAN do! Why anyone would pay for this is amazing! You can't tie a picture to an option which you CAN do on shopifys normal product pages and you can't even effect the inventory and SKU of a product!!!! USELESS!
The only reason I could see to use it is to add a custom text option, but $10 a month for that??
The biggest problem though is that you can't use this app on shopifys basic price level, in order to alter HTML/CSS you need to be on the $29 plan meaning this won't even work for people just starting out on the $9 plan! and it doesn't even tell you before you try to use it!! WOW
