The product options and customization process in itself is pretty simple. Had a small hiccup during the process and was resolved by Mr. Deepanjoy from customer support in no time. Highly Recommend.

Just downloaded the app and on their trial and ran into an issue related to the customized option pricing not appearing in the cart. Reached out to their support and got a response back very quickly.
