I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our app. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or "hide" the way your "Item Customizations" product is displayed on your checkout page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. This is because your checkout page is hosted by Shopify, not on your store's domain, and to be secure, Shopify doesn't allow any third-party scripts or code to run on this page. This is not something that we control or can modify.
At Product Customizer, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are met. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can talk you through the whole process. We work hard to make sure every merchant who uses our app has an A+ experience.

What it does, it does very well. However, it lacks the ability to change option pricing. It's supposed to be implement in 2015, but as of June, it's not yet available.

The free version is pointless... every option I attempted to create wouldn't work and gave me an error message at the very end stating that I could only create ONE variant per option.... WHAT IS THE POINT? Waste of time!

I am sorry to hear that you faced issues while trying to create options on the free plan. The free plan of the app gives you the ability to add an unlimited number of options to one product in your store. This plan also gives you the access to apply conditional logic to your product.
We do offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us via the live chat feature in the app and we will reply to you within minutes to resolve any issues you might be facing.
We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can talk you through the whole process of how to use the free version of the app and explain all the various plans and functionalities they offer. We work hard to make sure every merchant who uses our app has an A+ experience. I sincerely hope that you would give us a chance to help you.

It's ugly, hard to customize and doesn't have conditional options.

We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience with our application, but we must disagree with what you’ve written here.
Firstly, we offer free onboarding sessions, and we reached out to you within half an hour of the time you installed our application. We did not receive a response but will be reaching out to you again to arrange a session with a member of our support team who can help to ensure that the app is properly configured for your store.
Secondly, our app does offer conditional options, but the initial setup must be completed correctly for this feature to work. Again, our team can easily assist you with setup. We hope to be able to contact you shortly to resolve the issues that you are describing here.
Great app! Thanks for making it work so well! I wish there was a 1-800 number though or a live chat. It's great though!
the app is really hard to install really bad fo the premium price. I just unistalled. Dosen't work for my theme.

I show that you emailed us for help, then we emailed you 25 minutes later... and you had already uninstalled the app so we could not help you from there.
Normally it's standard to wait for a reply from the app developer (me) before leaving a negative review on the app store. We 100% would have cleaned up any issues within 1 HOUR of your email to us.
Can you give us a chance to help you? We can offer a lower monthly price *** and make 100% sure that the app is working as expected. You don't have to install anything - we will do ALL that for you.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Extremely limited range of options and so many things you can't do, in actual fact it has a bigger list of what it CAN'T do then what it CAN do! Why anyone would pay for this is amazing! You can't tie a picture to an option which you CAN do on shopifys normal product pages and you can't even effect the inventory and SKU of a product!!!! USELESS!
The only reason I could see to use it is to add a custom text option, but $10 a month for that??
The biggest problem though is that you can't use this app on shopifys basic price level, in order to alter HTML/CSS you need to be on the $29 plan meaning this won't even work for people just starting out on the $9 plan! and it doesn't even tell you before you try to use it!! WOW

Instalaste la aplicación, dejaste una reseña negativa y luego la desinstalaste en un lapso de 7 minutos sin siquiera contactar al soporte para obtener ayuda. Si está dispuesto a probar nuestra aplicación nuevamente, hágamelo saber y personalmente me ocuparé de su caso. Espero sinceramente que nos dé otra oportunidad de hacerlo bien para su tienda.

This is the app I've was waiting for. It is very simple to implement. With it, you can have more than 100 variants for a product and this is exactly what I needed in order to continue using Shopify. I was about ready to move to another commerce hosting service before this app came along.
In addition to great functionality, the support is stellar. Denis responded to my questions within hours.
