We really like this app, it makes adding our specific product features very easy, as well as easy for our online customers to navigate. We deal with custom cardboard cutouts, so it's very important for our shoppers to be able to upload the image of their choice and tell us any art changes they might need.
We also like how simple it was to get assistance with using this app on our site! Shevaughn was especially helpful and very quick with fixing an issue with were having with the cart. Great app, great customer service. We highly recommend to any one selling custom products!

Coming from a stickler: these guys are AMAZING. If you need anything at all, customer service is there for you. Extremely fast and helpful. Any questions I have (had some questions about compatibility with certain themes like Debutify, as well as some questions on automated communication with my supplier) Aman knows exactly how to explain to me what the Product Option Customizer is capable of and he can go right into my settings and help me change things so I don't need to lift a finger. I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)
