This is one of my favourite apps now. Allows me to customise every product any way I want it.
The support team is fantastic, and is always there.
Would definitely recommend 10/10
This App is not consistent anymore, Used to be good somedays better than others, It's really slowing us down adding products as the product data as become extremely slow at updating!!!!!! it can take up to an hour for to be able to to add the personalisation fields for a product!!!!!!!

Thanks for leaving this review. Early this morning we became aware of a rare server "backlog" in the middle of the night. We have worked hard this morning to clear it out and get it back to normal. I used a competitor before using Product Customizer. Unfortunately, the competitor would create new variants, which eventually slowed down my website. In addition, Google Merchant Center warned me that my website price was different from my feed price, and I use an aftermarket feed app. Finally, after numerous warnings that Google would shut down our account, I was forced to look for a new solution. I tested other "Product Option" apps, which are all difficult to install and set up. There isn't a plug-and-play solution. Product Customizer was the easiest, but it is still not straightforward. I ran into some issues, and Sheniel responded quickly and resolved my problems. Customer service is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I am thankful I found them!

App works great- has a problem with our cart page talking to the app but Sheniel had some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. She got the issues resolved right away, and was very communicative to us during the process. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This app is pretty dang good for what it does! It's great for companies who do any sort of custom designs, or put pictures on products for customers!
We are a Baby & Children's Gift Shop online. This market is massive for personalised products. Without the Product Customizer we would not be able to tap in to this massive market and offer our customers a huge choice of gifts for all occasions that can be personalised making our gifts truly unique to each customer. With this app we can also offer Gift Wrap and message options which is important for a gift store, so our customers can let us know how they want their gift personalised and we can send it directly to the recipient with gift wrap and a personal message, taking all the hassle out and by us being able to offer a great customer service. We've contacted the Help Support at Shop Storm and they dealt with our query in an efficient, fast manner and it was free! Just want I needed, I didn't want to take my time up with trying to get my head around what I needed to do to get the app to do want I wanted it to, they just did it for me! Perfect, doesn't get much better than that!
