This app is such a time saver and simple to use! I'm giving it 5 stars not only based on the app itself, but also the developers' customer service! At first, I ran into a problem; it wasn't showing any of my saved sets. I was disappointed because I needed it to work. I have a LOT of variants. I contacted them and they got back to me very quickly! They worked on it until it was fixed and they updated me every step of the way. Not only is the app great, but so are their people!!
Very easy to work with, hardest bit was adding the snippets

We've just started using the Product Options & Customizer app, but so far it has done everything we've needed!
As an added bonus, the support team has been very responsive and has helped our non-techie team get things up and running smoohtly.

We have been extremely happy with how Product Customizer has worked on our website. We were looking or a solution to sell user-customized products for our print website. It has been an invaluable tool for us, highly recommended.
This Product Customizer App is amazing! Saves us so much time and eliminated us having to use up all of our SKU space. Easy to understand and functionality is excellent. Great app and would recommend this to anyone who is building a store online.

I'm so sorry that there was a delay between when you updated a product on your store and when it showed in our app. Usually that takes 1-2 seconds... sometimes if it is a bigger change (or a whole bunch of changes), it can take 1-2 minutes.
Can you let me know if you saw that issue again? It should be VERY rare with our app.
