I am really impressed with how the team got back to me and had fixed the issue before I had returned to the office the next day! 10/10 support, friendly and efficient
-it may have been a quicker fix because I sent a screenshot of the issue and explained my query in as much detail as possible, so this may be useful to do when you first contact for them for help getting setup. I had never used this app for my store before, but I will be integrating more options on my product pages now as it's not so scary to do

THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The app is SUPER glitchy and works when it wants to. You have to ALWAYS reach out to customer service to get anything to work and then they just do it for you instead of teaching you HOW to do it yourself so you don't need them. We've used this most of this year in 2024 and it is the most frustrating app of all time. BEWARE!
