AMAZING service. I have attempted to use at least three customizing apps. I am not completely new at this, but I'm not a computer whiz, either. I spent unproductive hours on the other apps trying to figure out their instructions. I had an issue here because I'm not great at coding. Within 5 minutes of sending a request, Nicoz was there to save the day! I really didn't want to have to wait days to play with my store -- and I didn't have to. Within 30 minutes, my site was working perfectly! I am pleasantly surprised and happy.
NEW DAY - I'll have these people on speed dial soon. I told Shevaughn as fast as they respond, I feel like he's in the cubicle next to me (in my kitchen LOL). Actually, someone next to me wouldn't have given me the answer as quickly. Friendly and, most of all, patient. Love you all.
