Product Options & Customizer

I am a small business owner and just recently discovered, “Product Options and Customizer” and it has made my life so much easier! Now, my customers can easily fill out customizations on the listing itself in a very clean and organizational way! I also requested the help from a representative regarding a subscription issue and the gentleman named Aman was so kind and took the time to help me and solved my issue so quick! I highly recommend, 10/10!

We are launching a new service and we needed to add the customer the possibility of typing in multiple fields easily. We were on a rush because we needed to show a draft at a meeting and their customer service specialist Aman was extremely helpful and build the whole thing for us in a few minutes. We are very impressed by the service and the app which works amazingly well. If you need to add custom options to your products, this is your app.

I was struggling with getting the options setup properly so I reached out to their support. I was connected with Shevaughn within a few minutes. After gathering all the questions and getting the permissions set, we had everything up and running in about 30 minutes and the results were better than my wife and I could have imagined. Support is top notch and the product just works. This is an awesome app for adding customization options to your shop! Coming from a stickler: these guys are AMAZING. If you need anything at all, customer service is there for you. Extremely fast and helpful. Any questions I have (had some questions about compatibility with certain themes like Debutify, as well as some questions on automated communication with my supplier) Aman knows exactly how to explain to me what the Product Option Customizer is capable of and he can go right into my settings and help me change things so I don't need to lift a finger. Thank you Aman!

I'm currently using Premium Customizer for $29.90/month. They do have WhatsApp support. However, the app only functions correctly if the theme is set to direct customers to the cart page when they add products to their cart. I offer an option where customers can choose to either view the cart or continue shopping after adding an item. I’ve spent over 10 hours creating these options and products, but when I check the cart, it incorrectly shows a total of $1,878,800.00 and support hasn't been able to fix this issue. The only solution is to configure is to have the cart button to redirect to the cart page immediately after a customer adds a product, which will decrease the sale conversion, I just wanted to have +100 variant option for few of my products but I'm gonna have to use a different app. Don't waste your time if you don't want this option. Although they helped me on support very well through Whatsapp.
