Kevon Evans was very responsive. He fixed my issue right away. I love how seamlessly the app works. I use this for all of my clients. The ability to customize products is the very best. The options are endless. Kevon saw all of my issues and fixed them immediately. Truly the best app for custom services.

Installation was easy, the one question I had happened to be on the weekend and the customer service was really helpful, thank you for everything the app is working great and looks good!
Works really well for what I use it for. Had issues when I updated to 2.0, but they were very quick to fix it. All good so far!

Works very well now, and when I had an issue, customer service solved it in 5 minutes! Works better than any other custom add-on app I've tried.

Thanks for the word on this. Regarding the first issue, with that order that came through with no billing, we'd need to investigate it a bit further. On the second item, it is a normal way the app works with Shopify checkout (which is restricted to app developers). I'll email you from our support team email box.
