This app helped me add all the customizations that I needed for multiple products on my site that shopify native didnt handle. I am also very impressed with their customer service. So far the team has helped me through many issues and even worked on custom code to help me implement my changes.

Had a small issue setting up the program so I asked for some help. Replied in less than an hour and fixed it before the end of the day. I added them as a temporary employee of the store so they could go in and fix it.

We use the Product Customizer app to offer embroidery on our site. It is by far the best solution we've had on any platform. Technical support was excellent. ShopStorm were able to do what no other app developer could - they made sure this app functions perfectly in our ajax cart and integrates seamlessly with our external systems. This is absolutely the best solution for embroidery on Shopify.
Excellent customer service, they helped me with some issues and helped to modify our store...........

Love the product customizer - makes it easy to add options to products. Support is fantastic also. I had one minor issue with the code snippets on a new theme and Max Rice at Shopstorm, resolved the issue, quickly, efficiently and professionally. you can ask for anything more!

These features should come as standard in Shopify, but seeing as they don't this is the best way of getting them.
Really simple to use, nice and cheap and not overcomplicated with too many features.
