I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my product customizer app on my website. The drop-down menus were not automatically populating the price of each item. Deep was very helpful to address the issue along with resolving the issue in less than 10 minutes. This app has been crucial to how we operate. Customizability is something that we're extremely happy to be able to provide to our customers, and this customizability wouldn't happen without this app backing us.

We very much appreciate the help in working the kinks out of our update. The support is one of the best I've experienced, and makes using the Product Customizer worth it.

So far, the app is enabling options for my store that were limited by Shopify, and that was my initial goal. I had tried another app before and had issues specially with their support which made me uninstall the previous one and try this one.

I'm currently using Premium Customizer for $29.90/month. They do have WhatsApp support. However, the app only functions correctly if the theme is set to direct customers to the cart page when they add products to their cart. I offer an option where customers can choose to either view the cart or continue shopping after adding an item. I’ve spent over 10 hours creating these options and products, but when I check the cart, it incorrectly shows a total of $1,878,800.00 and support hasn't been able to fix this issue. The only solution is to configure is to have the cart button to redirect to the cart page immediately after a customer adds a product, which will decrease the sale conversion, I just wanted to have +100 variant option for few of my products but I'm gonna have to use a different app. Don't waste your time if you don't want this option. Although they helped me on support very well through Whatsapp.

We have been using this app for many years, and had been essential for our type of products. The app is easy to use, has all the functions we need and is very customisable to suit your product requirements. We have only ever had one issue, there was an immediate answer and they were onto it with a quick fix. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to add customised features to their products.

The app has really helped me simplify my products so I don't have to have a million Variants.
