We deal in personalised gifts for all ages and occasions and got fed up with the dysfunctional approach we had to make do with in gathering customers' personalisation requests via email or message boxes. Often customers would not understand the options open to them or what constitutes as a character or exceed their character limit.
This app is great as it allows the customer to try out their personalisation request on the page before submitting. They cannot exceed the character limit and we can easily copy and paste their request into our production process.

This is the only app for me! Very helpful when you have multiple sizes, colors, or customizable items like my store (orchardstreetgifts.com). Also - if you have multiple items in your inventory with the same features you can save a set and reuse the same set up for multiple items. Saving time and frustration! Highly recommended!!

Super simple to use. Works as advertised. Flexibility to take it even further. Perfect in my shop and at a very good price.

Just purchased the app, had a little bit of layout issue with my current Shopify them and the app. I let Shopstorm know and they took care of it right away, I never get this fast or efficient of support from any other dealings online from wordpress to hosting to other platforms.
