We have been using the Product Customizer app for the past few years. It has helped us expand our product option offerings to our customers. It is robust and easy to use. The Product Customizer team, especially Sheniel, is fast to respond to inquiries, help troubleshoot any issues, and fix them quickly. We highly recommend them!

2022 Update:
We just updated our store to a new theme and ran into some issues. Reached out to the Product Customizer team via chat. Shevaughn was very knowledgable, quickly spotted the issue, and helped us solve it. Thank you, Shevaughn!

2023 Update:
Shevaughn has been such a wonderful support in helping us quickly and efficiently resolve an issue. Thank you!

2024 Update:

Still has great customer support. We have used this app for several years and they have always provided excellent support. Their app works great for our customized product options. If you ever have an issue, they are very easy to get in touch with through live chat, and quick to resolve the problem.

Custompressions
Great App to enable customer options for personalizing/customizing product selection. Customer Service is fast and attentive. Needed help with updating Customizer for new theme version, Shevaughn was responsive and quick to make the changes so could proceed with my site updates. Always great service!

ALL Shopify users,

HORRIBLE! and SACAM

Been with them for 8 years and they started an $99 for a plan (no other app as at that point)

They switched for a $24 a plan (Not idea how long ago) Most likely years ago....

Never told our company, been charging us $99 a month for 8 years when they have a plan (That we use for $24) We are not in the business of watching is an app changed a plan for a fraction...If you are a customer since they started, is just common sense to let us know.

They agree to return $300 ... make the math at $99 a month for 7-8 years... NOPE

No one will answer just someone called AMAN, no phone calls, no managers NOTHING.

After a month of e mails back and forth they just charge again $99 on June 27th.

No solution.

And actually, the app is not even working on my website that's been 11 years in business.

DO NOT GET THIS APP

Plenty of others more reliable.

You were charged according to the original plan you selected, and we only recently lowered our plan prices. The recent charge happened because the subscription change was not fully completed, and we didn't receive further instructions on how you'd like to proceed, despite our multiple attempts to assist you.

I've been using this app for years and their support alone has been AMAZING. I was having a small issue with the newest update and support jumped on a zoom call with me within 5 mins with a shared screen and had all my concerns resolved. Happy Customer!

I have had this app since 2105 and I always receive very fast support and they always fix the errors while I wait. I love this app and its worth every penny!

Great customer service.
My store stopped working with the Customizer App. I contacted customer services and was told it was because the theme I was using was old and had become un-supported.
I was guided towards new themes that would work.
I have updated my store and everything is good again. Shevaughn was very helpful and guided me through the whole process.
