So far so good. I am still learning how to use this app but it's delivering so far. I will say Customer Service is excellent. I love to be able to get someone on chat quickly and they can answer my questions without having to pick up the phone. I hate the phone. These guys are on top of it! I highly recommend. I'll update if anything changes but for now, I am happy.

I recently encountered an issue with the "option requirement" feature in Product Options and was fortunate enough to receive assistance from Shevaughn, one of their technical support specialists. I am compelled to share my experience and highlight the exemplary service I received.

From the very beginning, Shevaughn proved to be an invaluable resource. Despite my limited knowledge of the software, he patiently fixed the issue.

Shevaughn's expertise in Product Options was evident throughout our interaction. He quickly identified the root cause of my issue and offered a clear and concise solution. As a result, I was able to resolve the "option requirement" problem with minimal difficulty.

In addition to his technical prowess, Shevaughn displayed excellent customer service skills. He was attentive, empathetic, and responsive, making me feel valued and heard as a customer. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience positive.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Shevaughn's exceptional technical support. He is a true asset to the Product Options team and a shining example of what customer service should be. Thanks to his help, I can now confidently and easily use the "option requirement" feature. I highly recommend Product Options, not only for their excellent software but also for their unparalleled customer support, exemplified by professionals like Shevaughn.

App didn't work for my theme even after me going into the code and manually entering it. I uninstalled the app and got a message as to why I did I told them what the issue was and they told me to reinstall and they would do the coding them self and give me a free month. I don't care about the month obviously I paid the price the first time I just need a product that works. I responded to the email and got automated response that basically said Hi thanks for installing we've looked at your code and looks like everything is functioning properly let us know if you need anything... I then respond is this a bot and a rep named Sean answered no this is not a bot... but the later explains to me that it was an automated message(aka a bot!!) after me explaining my frustration on the situation not being handled. The conversation went back and forth about petty details that kinda shifted blame from them to me instead of this guy looking at our conversation thread and coming up with a solution to my existing problem. Needless to say its not a big deal to some but to me this was a very bad experience when I already had uninstalled the app and moved on and they asked to make it right but I still don't have a working product a week later because I'm spending 20-30mins of my time explaining irrelevant details with Sean. I'm glad I know how to problem solve and created my options through the existing product variables that comes with shopify as a temporary fix or I would have been scrambling because Sean don't know how to do his job correctly. Hope This saves someone else the headache. My shop is dksuitcity.shop so the users know this is a real person. Hope this isn't to wordy. I tried to skip a few things that are unimportant to my point.

I reached out to the team for an issue with my product pricing repeating at checkout! They fixed it immediately! I have loved using this app for customizing! It is very easy to work with and has served all my needs! Now I can add great Customer Service to the list!!

When I first started with the App I got a little confused about how it works but I used the live help and Aman was amazing. He even did a screen share and logged into our Shopify and fixed a few little bits. I could not have asked for a better service and now I know how it all works it is a great addition to our website so thank you, Aman.

This app is perfect for the store. $10 cheaper per month then the alternative and the support team has been so helpful with making changes to my site that I was unable to for me.

Well worth 10 bucks a month! Very happy.
