Very easy-to-use functionality included. It even gives you the option to make design changes for each type of field. Other similar apps that I’ve tried require coding. The team is also responsive and supportive. Highly recommend!

This app is reliable and easy to use. I sell customizable products, and the Product Options app is critical for my business. While it may not have quite as many features as other product option apps I tried, it works perfectly without any problems or bugs that I've seen.

Their support is outstanding, and they'll be there to help you with any questions or problems that come up.

This is an amazingly easy and terrific app. I recommend it highly and would use it again in a flash. I have a little different need and wasn't sure Customizer would work. I emailed their support site for help and they responded quickly and so helpfully. When I found out how to use it I was surprised at how simple it was.

I am still learning how to fully use this app. But I have to say the customer support is AWESOME! Once a live person is on, which was quick, it's a live person who jumps right in. No bot making you spin your wheels.

This app is great! Gave me exactly what I needed to add options to my products without having to enter inventory for each variations. Since I was totally confused on how to enter the code they did it for me super fast! The customer service is amazing and they respond back so quickly! So happy!

Phenomenal. I was searching and searching for a good variant app, and this is the ONE. Let me walk you through what makes it so good:
1. Quick, easy setup. If you’re not confident with coding the expert team has it up and running within a couple of hours.
2. Easy to use. Out of the several I have tested this has the most straightforward interface. It had every function I wanted from swatches to pricing per variant.
3. Design integration - if you have a clue about CSS it’s fairly easy to amend to make it look the same. If, like me, you’re a bit of a novice, they have a cracking team who’s reply rate is swift. They had my design exactly how I wanted it within 1 email!

All in all a great app, and a massive shout out to Steven. Been incredibly helpful from the outset and an asset to their team.

We would not recommend using Product Customizer if you need to add options that cost the customer extra. The app has a serious glitch that causes those charges to stick around in the cart even after a customer removes the associated product from their cart. The issue has persisted for months, and the developers have been unable to fix the problem. (Communication on the status of the efforts to resolve the glitch was also very spotty, which just made it more frustrating.) We ended up finding another solution -- for us, that was using Shopify's variants feature -- because the app was costing us too much money in lost sales. It was also a nightmare for our customer service team. Hate to leave a bad review as the idea of the app is great, and the conditional logic feature is one we haven't found elsewhere. But ultimately we'd recommend finding a different solution -- Product Customizer just isn't up to our standards.

Highly recommend this app. The support has always been great. The initial install was easy. I did purchase a theme that the install had to be modified so now anytime I update my theme, I have to have them update my code but they respond so quickly that it hardly matters.
