Product has been great for our needs so far and any issues we have had have been immedialty addressed and corrected. Great app!

This app is exactly what we were looking for and works great! We offer personalized products so we needed a way to let customers tell us what they wanted on their products. The text input boxes are perfect. In addition, we use drop-down menu options to let people choose a cause - as a percentage of our sales goes to charity.

The ease and flexibility of the product allows us to save regularly used sets of custom inputs but also do something different for products that need more options.

Not only is this a great app, but the customer support was superb! The installation tutorial was very easy to follow, but did not go so well for me. The theme I had chosen was slightly different and required a little "finesse" in order for it to match my overall theme. I reached out to Product Customizer support and within 1 hour was contacted by an extremely friendly representative (Denis). He immediately understood the issue and made the changes for me just as fast! I highly recommend this product to fellow Shopify retailers.

This app is what makes it possible for my customers to order my personalized printables smoothly. I am SO happy with it - it does exactly what it claims and the customer service is awesome. My only wish is that it enabled you to add fields to multiple products at a time, but that does not take away from how very essential the app is for my kind of business and how glad I am that I found it.

It has been stable in what I use it for. Support from Product Options & Customizer--although only had to use it a couple of times in the past 5 yrs--is always quick, courteous and resolves the issues in a timely fashion.

Very well done app with extremely quick support. When initially installing, I had a few questions and emailed after-hours expecting a next-day response. Despite being after-hours, within 30 minutes the app was up and running on our page, and I couldn't be happier with how it looks & performs. This allows us to sell our customizable products MUCH more easily than the default Shopify settings - thank you so much for a great product & your awesome service
