This customizer has done exactly what we hoped it would. From the ordering process to order acknowledgment, this is spot on. Very easy to customize and the customer service is amazing.

I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

We've been using this app for a few months now and it's extremely useful and easy to use, if there's any issues or questions just email their support and they'll do everything they can to help, personally have had nothing but praise in dealing with the app and their customer service team.
