PC ‑ Product Options

This was just what I was looking for! Having text customization on my product pages is a must for my stationery design business. The Product Customizer was easy to set up and works perfectly. I had a question about the file upload option and customer support was super fast and had an answer to me the following morning. Thanks for making selling my designs so much easier!

The app works great for our customization needs and the customer service is amazing. We recently updated our site and noticed the app wasn't working and sent an email. Product Customizer is a great app.
The best part about it is that it lets you create more than the 100 Variants (3 types), which is Shopify's Maximum.
The support has also been fantastic!

Deepanjoy spent a significant amount of time fixing the options and logic on one of my products.

This was so easy to install! I was worried I would have to add the "snippets" into the theme editor, but they helped me and it was so easy! I high suggest you use this APP! Their support rep named Kim C. Was FANTASTIC!!! Not only did she help me with everything, she followed up with me several times to make sure I was set. She went above and beyond and was so incredibly helpful! THIS is called fantastic customer service!!!! On top of a fantastic app!!

Our primary products are personalized signs, and this app has made it so easy to collect the personalization details our customers want on their products. The app allows us to create templates, so we can easily enable customization for new products with just a few clicks. Really cool! There are a good number of customization options, and the customization details are stored as line item options under each purchased product. This is important, as we can be sure to match the correct customization with the correct item on multi-item orders. Also, app support is fantastic! We had an issue where an update broke our conditional options, and support responded within a few minutes to start working on the issue. The support rep even stayed over after his shift ended to ensure the issue was fully resolved the same afternoon as we reported it. I am extremely impressed!
