PC ‑ Product Options

Love this app!!! Allows us to add endless options to our website. Excellent customer service!!!

We love the Product Customizer app; we recently updated our theme, and we've had some glitches that have cropped up a few times, and they've been the same problem. HOWEVER, the team at PC have responded really quickly to fix the issues, they fix them each time, and they've even worked on them over the weekend, which we really appreciate, bc ppl don't shop only during business hours! So thanks to Kevon and Shevaughn for addressing our problems so quickly. No app is perfect all the time, and things break - what matters is customer service and getting the issue resolved quickly, and you guys do that. So thank you so much!

Great app for giving all your products additional options in a variety of ways. Super helpful team behind the app, that are ready to help you if you need a hand. Definately worth it!

Problems with changing product customiser, however issues corrected really quickly with their support

We read about this app in the Shopify Plus community. We were having so many issues with fake accounts. At first, it wasn't working and I had to reach out to customer support. They fixed the issue very quickly and this solved my issue. Thanks for a great product!

Very useful app with great customer support. I really wish Shopify would have included these features, but besides that, the app is a must have for businesses that need more customizable options.

This app is amazing for options for customizations on your products. You can have drop down menus, text boxes, etc. everything you need to make sure that you get all of the info needed from the customer for a personalized item. Any time I have had an issue they respond back within about 10 mins. No matter what time of day and they are always quick to fix it like it was nothing. Amazing!

We offer a lot of products with many, many customized and interchangeable options. Needless to say, this app works GREAT for managing huge lists of options.

We have used this app since we first opened our store as we have products that customers can personalise. Currently in the processing of refreshing the store our theme update, well overdue, altered the look and needed the app reinstalling. Our questions were answered promptly, and having shared a screenshot, the diameters of boxes were altered to create a professional look on our new theme. It's not finished yet, but when the theme is published we are confident that with the help we have received from Steven customers will be able to clearly create their bespoke gift.
I can also thoroughly recommend using conditioned logic in the app to only allow customers to input information once they have chosen the option they want to pay for if applicable. Less follow up time wasted when a customer has completed all options in error.

We had a small issue with the app not working properly when we changed themes, but Daniel was able to quickly solve the problem and make some other fine tune adjustments for us. There are still a few things I wish the app could do better, but overall... it's a very good app and gets the job done for us.

Regarding another small update request, it was handled perfectly and quickly. Super app and support team.
