PC ‑ Product Options

Simple to use and very flexible. Exactly the app I needed to offer different options on my products.
I like the fact you can set up custom fields and then add them to products if they are relevant.

Shopify has been wonderful, but given that I offer LOTS of customization options and photo upload requirements, I would not be able to run my business smoothly without Product Customizer. Always works, very user friendly and easy. The customer service is always prompt and helpful. I had an issue late last night, and by 6am this morning it was fixed. Very happy!

Does exactly as it says.. Also based on feedback the app was updated very quickly.. It allows us to add bespoke items to selected products.

LOVE this app. The customer service is top notch, would give more stars if I could! The app does exactly what I need it to do. I definitely recommend it to any one who needs their customers to be able to customize their items!

This app has allowed me to add functionality that I did not have before. My customers now have the option of uploading files directly too me. We do not have to rely on a separate email for this. The support staff has been very helpful and responded immediately to my questions.

Update: I wrote my first review of this app in 2014 and six years later, I still think it's great. Perfect for my needs as a stationery shop with Shopify. I'm redoing my website and was having a problem with the customization boxes showing up under the product listings. I contacted customer support and within minutes, Kevon had fixed the problem. I then asked him if I could do bulk editing and add the same options to a large number of products at once. He replied quickly again with a "yes". It was so much easier, and quicker, than doing them one at a time. Great app, and great customer service. Thanks Kevon!

2014- This is a great app for adding personalization options for my stationery website. It's easy to use, and you can add multiple options for one product, which is exactly what I needed. You can also save the fields for adding to other products easily. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that needs custom options for their products. Update: After posting this review, I sent an email to customer service asking help with a few things. I was replied to quickly and my questions were answered and my page looks exactly how I wanted it to look after less than 24 hours with help from Kim and Beka. Their customer service is excellent!

Set up was quick after I added the app with their team installing for me within an hour or so. Had an issue with the options not displaying, this was fixed within about an hour too. Once I was up and running the app works exactly how I wanted it to so far and I look forward to seeing what else it can do.

I have been using this app for years. Great app to add more customization products. Whenever I have had issues I have been able to get ahold of someone quickly and get the issue fixed the same day. They even did a video call with me within a half hour of my contacting them recently when my options weren't adding correctly (my fault). Great app/company.
