Was an easy install and seems to be exactly what we were looking for. I'd recommend trying the free trial first to make sure it's what you need, but I'd bet it will be. Overall, satisfied.

We've been using this app for many years now. I have to say we were upset with the newest update, but they did listen and made changes to make it better. Their customer service has always been immediate and helpful. We understand changes need to be made from time to time and like any other app there may be some disruptions or differences. But, they always remained responsive throughout these periods of change, which means a lot.

Product Customizer has been perfect for our site. We offer custom dog collars, belts, and wallets, and this app does it all, and does it well. Extremely easy to integrate and set up, and beautiful ascetically. Unparalleled customer service, a great product, and a fantastic sales team. Would recommend in the future. Update July 12 2022 - Spoke with support about an integration issue. Kevon was fantastic and we worked through the issue quickly. He made some great recommendations and was a pleasure to work with on this.

This app was the finishing touch to my store and I allowed a couple of days to get to grips with it. In just 1hr I had added customizations to over 100 products and snippets to my pages and emails. It works superbly and the help pages are excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough!

The team offers fast & professional service and it's also very easy to work with. Sent an email regarding to a glitch and got fixed in 10 mins. Impressive!

We have been using this app for a long time, and it has been great. Today, I was having an issue with an image not showing up correctly, and Shevaughn resolved it for me. I really appreciated the quick response and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Shevaughn!
Update 4/19/23- we have been using this app for about 5 years on both of our websites. We use it to customize our product with embroidery and gift wrap. We recently updated our theme and had to also do some changes to our customizations. Shevaughn was great again with helping us do that. He has been a huge help. We highly recommend this app and this company. Customer service is excellent!

We’ve been using app for several years to add custom options to products and it has always worked seamlessly for us. But they really stand out from a support perspective. In our migration to a 2.0 theme, they went above and beyond to ensure the app was installed and working before we published. Good support is not a given anymore, but this company really shines. Well done and we highly recommend.
